    Funding and Fees

Fees are due to be paid weekly or monthly in advance, the most appropriate arrangements will be discussed with the individual. Fees are best paid by direct payment from a bank or alternatively by cash.  Where this is not possible, cheques, made payable to Mount Preschool Ltd can be accepted, however they incur an extra banking charge of £1.50.  Any cheques returned to us unpaid from banks or building societies will incur a charge.

Fees continue to be payable if a child is absent due to common childhood illnesses and holidays.  In cases of prolonged absence, parents should consult the manager about fee payment.  Each child’s attendance in the group is conditional upon the continued payment of fees, or, if applicable, government funding of preschool places.  Anyone being more than 4 weeks in arrears, without good reason, may forfeit their child’s place.

If you require term time only this is optional for parents/carers please contact us to arrange.  Parents/Carers may add Holiday club bookings in addition as required, by completion of the holiday booking form, which can be found by clicking here, or by contacting a member of staff in the setting.
